We seek candidates with a stable employment history and experience managing both undergraduate & graduate recruitment programs for the role of College Recruiting Manager. In this role you will manage the college recruiting team responsible for supporting the companys recruiting strategy and implementation process. This position is also responsible for developing proactive recruiting strategies and creating and maintaining candidate pipelines as well as managing the implementation of programs to meet workforce diversity and recruiting goals. You will lead and conduct on-campus College recruiting functions. You will manage the MBA recruiting program and MBA Internship program. You will meet with managers and vice presidents throughout company to develop strategic recruiting plans that complement the workforce planning needs. You will stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices including leveraging technology and social media.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and eight (8) or more years of recruiting experience. Must have five (5) or more years college recruiting that includes supervisory or managerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Must have experience working collaboratively with teams from finance, sales/marketing, operations, and business teams. Must have experience presenting new recruiting concepts to direct supervisor and other leadership team members. Must have experience working on projects that have strategic impact and improve the process efficiency of the company. Must be highly self-motivated and deadline driven. Must have a strong work ethic and experience working autonomously. Must have experience with behavioral based interviewing techniques such as DDIs Targeted Selection. Must have experience with an HRIS system, internet recruiting, social networking, and social media applications. Must have experience effectively presenting and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, students, and the general public.
