SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assigns, monitors, and reviews the progress and accuracy of assigned work.
? Participates in the development and delivery of performance assessments, rewards progress and takes disciplinary action, as necessary; recommends salary adjustments; addresses complaints and resolves issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? High school diploma or GED.
? Ph. D. to include 2 years of college level statistics coursework plus 2 years Statistics or Market Research experience with increasing levels of responsibility OR Master's Degree to include 2 years of college level statistics coursework plus 4 years Statistics or Market Research experience with increasing levels of responsibility OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics plus 6 years Statistics or Market Research experience with increasing levels of responsibility.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
