Aptitude in field management and must be committed to farm-related activities for successful accomplishment of one's duties. Must be constantly on field.

Job
Summary: Responsible for the optimal financial and physical performance of the company ranches.
Duties and Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Directs and coordinates worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, payroll, and recordkeeping.
Coordinates harvesting activities with those of production.
Records production information and farm management practices.
Inspects equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Inspects orchards and fields to determine maturity dates of crops or to estimate potential crop damage from weather.
Monitors fields for pest and disease pressure.
Hires contract labor agency to provide workers and enforces safety regulations.
Evaluates financial statements and makes budget proposals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines for all production employees.
Manage and oversee activities delegated to farm mechanics.
Assist with farm tours and special events as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
