Job Description:
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of capital project and assist in developing capital plans for the site.
Establish, implement, and maintain records to ensure Federal, State, County and Local regulatory compliance.
Supervise the Preventative Maintenance Coordinator and establish and maintain procedures and oversight to ensure proper organization and control of work orders and storeroom inventory.
Support daily operations and trouble shooting utilizing analytical problem solving techniques.
Work with maintenance to develop improvement options to address reliability issues.
Implement improvements in systems capabilities that will increase the ability to meet customer requirements (including safe and reliable operations, and improve business competitiveness).
Work closely with the management, operations and technical services staff, as well as operators and mechanics to understand the business, site needs and user needs and priorities.
Requirements:
Strong manufacturing background with proven analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
PLC and control systems experience.
Experience with and knowledge of Federal, State, County and Local industry regulations.
Ability to plan and organize work proactive orientation.
Prior experience managing capital projects from concept development through implementation.
Leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact, influence and communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
