Job Description:
We are PARTNERING with our growing Food Processing client who is seeking an experienced Production Manager with Food Processing experience for this IMMEDIATE Direct Hire position.
SUMMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of the department.
Planning, assigning and directing work.
Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
Assist development of capacity profile for the factory; recommend actions as required to resolve issues.
Monitoring, driving, and assist in establishing programs to sustain a quality product.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 3:
5 years hands:
on experience in Food Processing and Vegetable Oil Industry a MUST.
Lean Manufacturing experience.
Has a passion for making improvements and getting things accomplished.
Proficient with MS Word, Power Point and Excel, Excellent written and verbal skills required.
Communicates effectively with employees at all levels.
Job Requirements:
Experience as a Production Manager in Food Processing a MUST as stated above.
