MANAGER, FINANCE (Finance Manager: Manufacturing)
GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A HANDS-ON (WORKING) FINANCE MANAGER TO WORK IN A MEDIUM-SIZED COMPANY IN THEIR MANUFACTURING DIVISION, MANAGING ONE DIRECT REPORT and working under the Senior Director of Finance with a great team of skilled Finance professionals.

o Works cross-functionally to drive delivery of the OGSTM's (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Tactics & Measures), embedding initiatives required in supporting functions.
o Analyzes ROI and profitability for business initiatives.
o Develops and maintains cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES o Develops, coaches, and mentors subordinate staff.
(This position currently has one direct report).
o Conducts performance evaluations; recommends salary adjustments; rewards employees or takes disciplinary action, as necessary; addresses complaints and resolves issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration plus 5 years Finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, to include supervisory or managerial experience.
Experience managing priorities and multiple customers Able to dig into the details (monthly analysis) and present to top management Good leadership abilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS o CPA or MBA highly preferred.
o 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance within a complex manufacturing operation.
o Experience in financial planning and reporting.
o Excellent demonstrated negotiation and communication skills.
o Experience addressing strategic issues as well as day-to-day operational concerns.
o Comfortable and effective in the role of change agent.
o Experience staffing and developing an organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
