Job Duties/Requirements:
CONSTRUCTION experience a MUST In House Payroll.
Prevailing Wage experience preferred.
Quarterly Payroll Taxes.
Accounts Payable.
Accounts Receivable.
Bank/Account Reconciliations.
Assistance / Preparation of Financial Statements working in conjunction with companys CPA.
Job Costing.
Union experience a plus.
Work with bonding, insurance.
Strong Accounting Software experience :
American Contractor, QuickBooks a plus Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be a motivated self starter with the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
MUST be a strong experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant with CONSTRUCTION experience as described above.
