Essential Functions:
Coach, teach, train, motivate and oversee all Production and Maintenance Support employees to accomplish the goals of the company.
Evaluate labor utilization, job responsibilities and duties.
Effectively manage all incoming and outgoing product.
Oversee the daily scheduling of machines.
Manage maintenance staff and all maintenance programs.
With the maintenance staff, troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
Conduct employee performance reviews and take proper disciplinary action when necessary.
Ensure that production goals and deadlines are met.
Review production efficiencies and evaluate improvements in order to achieve optimum operations.
Communicate, administer and enforce company rules, policies and procedures consistently and equitably.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred 5:
10 years experience managing a production environment Certified in fumigation techniques a plus Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish Computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and data entry Commitment to excellence and high standards Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with corporate office personnel.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow Strong interpersonal skills Maintenance skills required.
Basic electrical experience a plus.
Familiarity with GFSI a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Operate equipment, read technical information, use a computer keyboard Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
