Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field Preferred but not required At least 2:
5 years experience supervising in a maintenance organization with 2:
3 years in management Fluent with maintenance scheduling software (CIMMS) Experience with 3 phase power systems, PLC controls, general trouble shooting and PM programs Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment Ability to work off shifts if required Experience with high:
speed packaging is a plus.
