IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE position.
Job Description:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors Compile and sort invoices Able to perform all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable duties Inventory management Review and update procedures Process bills for payment Maintain purchase order system REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and basic knowledge of accounting principles Able to handle heavy data entry Able to multi-task and meet deadlines Bilingual preferred Proficient in all programs of Office, including Word and Excel Proficient in QuickBooks preferred Effective verbal and written communication skill as well as strong interpersonal skills - interacting with both managers and plant level employees Ability to work weekends and overtime during busy season; overtime may include 10
hours per day Requirements:
MUST have experience with AP & AR as described above.
