Experience:
3-5 Years Manufacturing Quality Experience Responsibilities Perform all bench work analysis according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and standard methods Lead in writing SOP's for equipment calibration and testing procedures performed by the quality laboratory Communicate quality results (weight control, pH, 'HOLDS', viscosity's, etc.
) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the business unit and the organization Act as Quality Manager in his/her absence Qualifications (A) Minimum BS in or the equivalent 3-5 years Quality experience Proven ability to establish, optimize and maintain world-class maintenance quality systems, lean system and other continuous improvement systems Highly developed communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with organizational sensitivity, and the ability to influence others Demonstrated ability to develop and implement core word practices and standards that ensure excellence in quality and continuous improvement Source:
