WILL BE RECRUITING NON CLINICAL:
ADMIN, CLERKS, TECHS, EDS Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions.
Conducts reference checks.
May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.
High volume environment! Requisition review (multiple times per day) Follow up, follow up and follow up Client interaction Presentation and /or disposition Requirements:
MUST HAVE ALLIED HEATLH EXPERIENCE Attention to Detail Strong Follow up and Organizational Capabilities Ability to multi task with a large req load High volume recruiting experience Emotional Intelligence Maturity Overall Business Acumen 3-6 Years of Full life-cycle recruitment experience.
MUST HAVE STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS STRONG FOLLOW UP EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A DEMANDING WORKLOAD LOTUS NOTES, TALEO STRONGLY PREFERRED HEALTH SCREEN MAY BE REQUIRED Click here to apply.
