Achieve company and facility clinical indicators (pressure sores, weight loss, physical restraints, chemical restraints) Achieve facility goals for annual state survey (measured by tags and deficiencies) Effectively manage nursing hours PPD (Per Patient Day) compared to appropriate budget for actual census and mix (type of payer source for census) and state requirements.
Ensures that all nursing documentation timely, accurate, and complete.
Comply with and supervise others to comply with CC business ethics, policies and procedures and all laws and regulations.
Ensure that licensed staff completes clinical and medication administration competency skills checklist upon hire, annually, and as needed to maintain proficiencies.
Maintain appropriate systems to manage all elements specific to Pharmacy process within CC expectations.
Achieve high level of customer satisfaction for all attending and treating physicians.
Follows up on pertinent issues from consultant reports.

Must have, as a minimum 2-5 years experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
Must have, as a minimum 2-3 years training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Must posses a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the working state.
BSN preferred, but not required.
Must be licensed in accordance with state & federal laws.
Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language in an understandable manner.
Be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Be knowledgeable in various computer programs.
Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
