com Job Description We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Modesto, CA.
This facility is a short-term rehabilitation facility offering full therapy services.
Set in beautiful surroundings, the facility has a home-away-from-home feel to it.
They have a new gymnasium with state-of-the-art therapy equipment.
A fully equipped occupational therapy kitchen for adaptation and reintroduction.
A friendly family environment where family members are encouraged to participate in care and rehabilitation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
You will be responsible for evaluating and screening patients.
Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and developing new programs.
Qualifications:
The Occupational Therapist must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association with a B.
S.

, or M.
S.
degree.
