Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our Family owned and operated dealership Group.
The Service Manager is responsible for all operations within the service department, from hiring and managing technicians and service advisors, to customer service.
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers.
Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.
Managing Business Complexity Manages and analyzes departmental financial data.
Forecasts and establishes goals and objectives for the Service Department.
Makes and implements decisions to accomplish goals.
Organizes and understands all information pertaining to the department to ensure an efficient and profitable department.
Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
Develops and implements a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business.
Monitors repair order trends (e.
g.
, number of orders completed, dollar sales per order, etc.
).
Establishes practices to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient department operations.
Resolves all disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure.
Performs multiple tasks simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines and expectations.
Manage and Hire Technicians and Service Advisors Creates a positive environment by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating and rewarding Service Department employees.
Distribute work between technicians.
Prioritize required services.
Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.
Job Requirements Must have at least 1 year experience as a Service Manager in a dealership setting Dealertrack experience a plus.
Technical Automotive knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to manage others.
Organized and Friendly personality.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
