Responsibilities:
- Perform car wash and detailing services, including exterior and interior cleaning, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Drive vehicles through the car wash tunnel and ensure they are properly positioned for cleaning.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to clean, buff, and polish vehicle surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping car wash bays clean and stocked with supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills:
- Experience in car wash or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
