Together, Let's Transform Healthcare for All! Duties - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals - Perform triage and assess patients' conditions - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers - Assist with airway management and respiratory support - Lift and transfer patients safely, including heavy lifting when necessary - Collaborate with the emergency room team to provide efficient and effective care - Monitor and record vital signs accurately - Maintain aseptic technique during procedures and patient care activities Qualifications - Possess a valid certification or license as a Care Specialist or similar role - Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred - Proficient in administering injections and medications - Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
