The pay rate for this job is $35 - $44 / hour

Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding blueprints and schematics.
Prepare the layout and scope of work for the project Install metal and wood framing and roof truss components.
using hand and electric tools to cut and fabricate and install framework components Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks and props, using hand tools Shape and cut materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws Install doors, windows, stairs, baseboards, and crown molding Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard Follow established safety rules and regulations Maintain a safe and clean environmentQualifications &
Experience:
E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA Power Tools and Basic Hand tools Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial or residential construction sites If applicable, additional qualifications Worker must bring all PPE and carpentry tools.
Worker will need wood framing experience, not be afraid to work in environment with heights off scaffold.
Must have experience in metal stud, be able to work with wood and then possibly be moved to Sacramento or Stockton doing metal stud.
Must have experience with Commercial Construction - Wood frame, trusses, working 25 feet up off a scaffold.
Helping repair trusses, not a production job, more meticulous.
