Orthodontic Specialist Job Description Diagnose and provide excellent, evidence-based orthodontic treatment to patients Educate patients and parents on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and hygiene Clear and confident communication with Parents and Patients during consult/exam Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans Carefully document all diagnoses, treatments and consultations Supervise the work of clinical team Diagnose and make appropriate referrals Orthodontic Specialist Qualifications and Skill Requirements DDS/DMD and Orthodontic Specialty Certification Required Current Malpractice Liability Insurance Board Certification preferred 2
