$75,000 - $80,000 Status:
full-time District ManagerDescription We are currently seeking a District Manager in the Modesto area! This person will be in charge of building and leading teams, drive sales and deliver superior customer service.
The Regional Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring the sales, service and office teams.
You will be learning about our company first-hand, working in the field with our veteran employees in a variety of departments, from financial to human resources and operations.
We are looking for someone with an outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed.
This person should have excellent networking skills and being able to reach out to and sign new accounts.

Qualifications:

years of multi-unit business management experience preferred Track record of driving sales growth and profitability annually A hands-on management style P& L and asset management and experience in sales management strongly preferred.
Proven experience setting and surpassing aggressive sales, service and profit goals.
Must be outgoing, positive, goal oriented and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
