Digital Marketing Manager - CRM - We Place People Executive Search Firm (Modesto, CA)

Company Description: Job Description: FT base salary plus bonus SUMMARY RESPONSIBIITIES: Leads the development and integration of Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and digital marketing/media strategies, processes and systems for key brands and initiatives for the company. Prepares and presents strategies, plans and updates to Sr. Management. Directs the development and implementation of standards, goals, and best practices ensuring they support the organization's business plans. Develops and leads project teams through strategy definition, financial analysis and feasibility as well as project prioritization. Oversees projects that have short and long term focus. Develops, coaches and mentors subordinate staff. Conducts performance evaluations; recommends salary adjustments; rewards employees or takes disciplinary action, as necessary; addresses complaints and resolves issues. Manages the relationships and assessment of external agencies. Participates in department and interdepartmental planning and management teams and works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization. Ensures new initiatives are properly documented and embedded in culture. Develops and approves changes to systems, policies, and procedures. Develops new processes and programs that drive consumer/trade sales via digital channels including e-commerce. Works to ensure that digital initiatives are executed in conjunction with traditional marketing tactics to enable cross-channel marketing objectives. Develops a successful vision/strategy, through strong leadership skills. Develops, maintains and ensures adherence to operating budget and capital spending plan. Sets and delivers against clear timelines, continually analyzes and reports on all aspects of performance. Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local legal and compliance regulations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 8+ years of marketing, communications, finance or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. High School diploma or GED. Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents. Experience responding effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Experience writing speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Experience making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and boards of directors. Computer skill requirements include: Intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint. Experience dealing with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
