SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST -- Supply Systems (Turlock,CA) - Tuscany Enterprises (Turlock, CA)
Company Description Job Description SUMMARY In this role as a Senior Business Analyst on the team, you will partner with business representatives to conducts process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
You will also analyze business procedures and problems to develop specifications and partner with developers to convert them to application code.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Mathematics, or Engineering plus 3 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 7 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
High school diploma or GED.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Mathematics, or Engineering plus 5 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Master s degree.
Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Also, working knowledge of SQL query language and relational database design.
Project management experience.
Teaming spirit contributing at a high level to team goals and acknowledging other team members contributions.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Experience resolving conflict as well as managing customer expectations.
Stable career history (no job hoppers, please).
Knowledge of project management tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION Understands the business areas supported to determine specific business requirements.
Seeks and analyzes business needs creating detailed documentation including requirements, specifications, process flows, and a variety of other supporting document types.
Creates use cases and user stories.
Acts as a liaison with a variety of teams and people, facilitating effective interaction and positive work dynamic.
Leads complex projects and timelines to drive new applications, enhancements, and bug fixes to better meet organizational needs.
Communicates status reporting to all levels of management.
Develops business and IT relationships with downstream systems and groups to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
Applies exceptional cross-functional partnering skills with the ability to gain shared vision and influence without authority on challenging decisions and priority tradeoffs.
