Job Description Sr Business Systems Analyst - Creative Services (EK) Food & Beverages Information Technology - IT Project Management Full-time United States - California - Modesto The Compensation Benefits - Full Detailed Job Description SUMMARY Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for Creative Services.
Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Functions as the Creative Services conduit to Corporate IS ensuring hardware and software projects are progressing on schedule and on budget.
Leads Creative Services IT needs assessments; works with Corporate IS to appropriately prioritize work.
Partners with Corporate IS to establish, qualify, test, and maintain Macintosh images including standard OSX, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft office installations.
Leads complex projects and monitors the work of internal and external IT professionals.
Functions as the subject matter expert for the internal project management system by aligning system modifications and upgrades with Corporate IS; leads the Super User community.
Writes descriptions of business needs, user requirements, procedures, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems.
Oversees the Creative Services system documentation and user training.
Participates in the development of strategic systems initiatives; manages the application and adoption of measures.
Prepares proposals and recommendations for management and users.
Prepares project plans and implementation schedules, plans and conducts meetings and workshops relative to these project plans, and communicates project status to management.
Adheres to all project timelines and budgets.
Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other IT business units/areas to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
Analyzes processes to support both non-computerized and computerized work-flow; recommends technologies that can enhance the effectiveness of the process.
Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR 7 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Working knowledge of Macintosh platform.
Project management experience.
High school diploma or GED.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Mathematics, or Engineering plus 5 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Master's degree.
Experience supporting Macintosh in a Windows network.
Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and SharePoint.
Working knowledge of SQL query language and relational database design.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with Unix Systems Administration.
Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Experience resolving conflict as well as managing customer expectations.
Experience completing assignments that are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity.
Has appreciable latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
Knowledge of project management tools.
Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in this field of specialization.
