Site Trainer Job - (angels camp, california)
Responsible forconducting sales training of the sales force.
Delivers critical/necessaryWorldMark ;;Performance Sales Training;; and/or Wyndham ;;PlayTo Win;; approved training and development by prescribed delivery methodsto maintain defined objectives (sales process, compliance, etc.
).
Conducts SalesOrientation training sessions for all new and rehired sales representatives.
Focus is on product knowledge, effective sales strategies, customer service,quality, compliance and productivity.
Keeps Regional and Site Sales Leadersinformed of progress during training.
Conducts periodicskill assessments of new and veteran Sales Representatives and reports trainingneeds to Regional and Site Sales Leaders.
Arrange for andmaintain adequate materials to conduct training courses InstructionalDelivery:
Facilitate training program/process through presenting and directingstructured learning.
ProfessionalDevelopment:
Maintain and enhance expertise in accordance with agreed:
upondevelopment plan.
Act as a T/O (timepermitting) when working on site Execute the RegionsMentor Program with select sales professionals WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
