Compensation:
Staring at $35K to $38K or possibly higher DOE Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Planning o Assists in capacity analysis by specific work center.
o Assists in expediting and prioritizing work orders and coordinating and managing daily production schedule meetings o Assists in issuing and tracking production orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor, as according to the production schedule o Assists in the analysis of sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements o Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc.
on material status and production planning issues o Assist in maintaining production item master setup and in setting up daily production entries o Enter Purchase Orders for Raw Materials and Dry Storage in an accurate and timely manner o Process Receipts for Dry Storage o Monitor Critical Inventory Report and place orders for needed Dry Storage items o Code incoming customer orders with correct item codes.
o Field incoming calls from priority customers on order status o Assist in posting production entries o Perform cycle counts when necessary o Responsible for managing all packaging materials inventory production needs.
o Cross train by occasionally working on production floor - critical to your success and understanding with the company and environment Customer Service - Assures customer satisfaction by tracking progress of orders, shipments and handling customer complaints.
Communicates status of orders and shipments.
- Assists with coordination of operational activities for special promotional account programs as developed by Sales Management and/or Marketing.
Order Processing - Receives and enters orders from customers or sales representatives.
- Enters orders, by deadlines established by the Customer Service Manager, into the system ensuring accuracy of all information pertinent to the order.
- Receives and processes order adjustments in cooperation with sales representatives and customers.
- Other duties as assigned Computer Skills:
Extensive computer experience to include Microsoft Word, Excel.
Working knowledge of an ERP accounting system experience a plus.
Strong and accurate 10 key by touch and data entry is a MUST.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (B.
A) in related field a plus.
2-4 years related customer service, admin and/or accounting experience.
Previous planning experience a plus.
Comfortable working with high-growth, start-up environment.
Requirements:
MUST have the experience as outlined above.
