It will be available June 1, 2024 and I am accepting applications now. Appointments to view inside will be scheduled in advance and conducted on a case by case basis. Pets possible based on a review and additional deposit. The garage and the surrounding farm area is not included in the rental. Maximum of 2 cars. I have a landscaping crew coming out to add bark, clean beds, plant flowers, etc. The current tennants are great but have not kept up on the yard.
